Customer Service Representative - Dover, NH

Downeast Energy has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Dover, NH location.  The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing accurate, courteous and timely customer service support for both over the phone and to walk-in customers in our Dover location.  Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and previous customer service experience to include outbound sales calls.  Experience/background in the industry a plus.  MS Office experience required.   Some overtime and weekend work may be required.
