Customer Service Representative

Downeast Energy has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Dover location.  The Customer Service Representive will be responsible for providing accurate, courteous and timely customer support for customers calling and walking into our office.  Ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and previous customer service experience.   Experience/background in the fuel industry a plus.  Duties include extensive phone interaction with customers (both incoming and outbound) and other administrative duties as assigned.  MS Office experience required.  Some weekend work required during peak seasons.
