Customer Service Representative

Downeast Energy has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Yarmouth office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, courteous and timely customer service for walk-in customers and inbound calling customers.   The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and previous customer service experience.   Multi-tasking and flexibility is a must.   Experience/background in the industry is a plus.   Duties include extensive phone interaction with customers (incoming and outbound), reconciliation of accounts and other administrative duties as assigned.  MS Office experience is required.  Some weekend work may be required during peak seasonMust be able to work independently and without direct supervision.
