Installing or switching is easy
If you are installing propane for the first time, we perform a free site inspection. Our sales staff will need to furnish information to our install crew such as the placement of the propane tank, length of piping, the location of the appliance, and other necessary information. We'll then supply you with an installation date and you'll be up and running in no time.
Switching to Downeast from your current supplier is simple. At no charge, a salesperson will briefly inspect your tank(s) and piping to make sure it is installed properly. He or she will work out the details with you, and schedule the switch.
We know that safety is important to our customers, so at the time of the installation or switch we will perform a complete safety gas check on your system.
