They will do a heat loss analysis to determine the appropriate size boiler (hot water heat) or furnace (hot air heat) for your needs. Downeast Energy has access to all manufacturers and will design a system that will give you efficient service for many years.

Downeast Energy's own licensed installers will do the work, whether replacing parts, upgrading your current system or installing a new one. Why does this matter?

• We will tightly coordinate your project so you aren't without heat. We will have the equipment and tools to complete your installation quickly and efficiently.

We design your system to simplify maintenance by tending to little details - like putting in shut-offs, so if we ever have to drain your boiler we can do it without draining your whole house. Small details like these save you money and aggravation over the life of the system.

When should you contact us?

Ask for a free assessment of your current system if:

• You have had a rash of service calls
• You sense that your fuel consumption is high
• Your system or parts of it are over 15 years old. New systems operate at 83% to 86% efficiency. An older system that is at 75% or less efficiency is costing you money and may be worth upgrading or replacing.
